We have team members in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Our directors have 20 years of experience in sales marketing and general management within tourism, hotel, casino, venue, restaurants, catering and retail.
Our areas of expertise lie in Change Management, E-Commerce, Untangling Government for small business, Destination Tourism, Food Wine and Wellbeing Tourism, Revenue Generation, Sales, Marketing, PR, Sponsorship, Training, Customer Service and Operations.
Our services include International Bureau, hotel & venue strategy and representation, tailor-made training that delivers revenue & loyalty, coaching & mentoring of leaders & team members, development of marketing, sales & business plans, and speaking at & facilitating industry events.
