Checking out what is new and uncovering the perfect incentive in Thailand for the Australian market.
We conducted an Australia-wide online survey, ran focus groups and conducted over-the-phone interviews to establish the most important needs of meeting planners. One of the key findings was that everyone was after something NEW. Well we can tell you! As we send this quarterly newsletter, Nicole Tingey is in Thailand checking out what is new. The investment of time and resources made by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) into our education is of real benefit to the Australian MICE Buyer As representatives of TCEB, we are able to assist not only with ideas on how to spend your time in Thailand, but also with financial and non-financial support in getting your group to Thailand.
Nicole will bring us the whole story when she returns, but we have been following her progress via WhatsApp and updating our Instagram and Facebook with some of the discoveries she is making with representatives for TCEB from all over the world at the annual Sales Rep educational meeting. We can’t wait for Nicole to return and share this essential product update with the rest of the Clockwise team and our clients. We will update this article with what she has uncovered. We are all looking forward to finding out more about the perfect incentive in Thailand.
What we do know is that so far there have been multiple site inspections including new product. Service across Thailand is always five-star! The investment in business events infrastructure and training is continuing.
There has been fabulous knowledge exchanges as well as discussion on hydroponic farming, and a quick massage. We have learned that exotic fresh fruit is plentiful at Suphattra Land Rayong, and that traditional markets and contemporary dining are as always first class.
For this educational the team have had the support of Jeff from DMC Journey to Asia, stayed and recommend Veranda Na Jomtien as well as Marriott Pattaya (so far) and visited Legend Siam, awesome new cultural park with mega event space.
